Recipes for pregnant women

With the help of chef Antonio Marraffa, Olivhealth thought up some simple recipes for your, mom, giving you dishes designed for taste and health. Olivhealth takes care of the correct nutrition during pregnancy.

01 Filled turkey roll in the oven

Clean and cut the artichoke into slices, then, brown them with a drop of oil flavoured with a garlic clove and a pinch of salt. Once cooked, let them cool down, then roughly blend them, add an egg, the bread soaked in milk, and two table spoons of grated parmesan. Spread the turkey with the sauce and then fold it on itself to create a roll. Cover it with aluminium foil. Sear the roll in a non-stick pan and then cook in the oven at 180° for about one hour and a half. Serve it with potatoes and courgettes cooked in the oven.

C Recipe with meat

Ingredients
  • 350 g turkey breast
  • 2 artichokes
  • 1/2 eggs
  • 20 g stale bread
  • Milk
  • Parmesan
  • Garlic, rosemary, salt
  • 2 Olivhealth monodoses

02 2 mille-feuille of primosale fresh cheese and grilled vegetables

Clean and wash all the vegetables. Cut the aubergines and courgettes into slices of about half a centimetre, the endive into slices, the tomato in two halves, and the French horn mushroom in slices of about 2 cm. Grill all the vegetables and dress it with 2 Olivhealth monodoses and salt. Cut the primosale fresh cheese into slices and slide in between a slice of aubergine and courgette. Lay the mille-feuille in the centre of the plate, using a spatula, and compose a bouquet with the remaining vegetables. Repeat the same operation with the second plate and garnish with some fresh mint on top.

V Recipe with vegetables

  • 2 primosale da 50 g
  • 1 zucchina
  • 1 melanzana
  • 1 pezzo di indivia belga
  • 1 pomodoro a grappolo
  • 2 pezzi di funghi cardoncelli
  • Sale, menta fresca
  • 2 monodose Olivhealth

03 Steamed hake

Clean and wash the leeks, separate the leaves and place them on the bottom of the rack for steaming. Carefully place the hake on the leek leaves and steam for about ten minutes. In the meantime peel the carrots and cut them into long slices with a grater. In a non-stick pan gently heat the oil, add the carrots and cook adding a pinch of salt. Serve the hake on the leek leaves, arrange the carrots on top, season with dried pink pepper and a monodose of uncooked Olivhealth.
